Physical Description: Her appearance changes multiple times throughout the series, as she uses Mods. However, in her main appearance has long, blond hair with bangs and a blue highlight. Her skin is brown and she has three moles under each blue eye. In Episode 46, she got a Lumo Tattoo that becomes visible whenever she feels sad, lonely, or frightened, the tattoo is of gold compass.
Personality: Selfless, caring, and somewhat childish.

Physical Description: Austen has long, red hair with a fringe. She has amber eyes. Her skin is caucasian with freckles.
