Synopsis[]
A runaway werewolf, Lumine, meets a witch boy named Kody and is being hired to work as his bodyguard. Lumine, being determined to befriend Kody, tries everything to get Kody to trust him, while Kody tries to keep Lumine away from him. Their life gets even more complicated after an unfortunate event that leaves them to try to survive on their own.
Characters[]
Lumine[]
A werewolf with three forms. After a disturbing past, he is forced to flee from Terranevo to Solefor, where he was shortly employed under Edward Hageman. After being fired he is soon hired by Aiden, the Kodyās father, to serve as a bodyguard to his son. While occasionally clumsy and accident-prone, he is a sweet cinnamon roll with good intentions.
Kody[]
A witch boy who resides in Solefor. A friend of his bodyguard, Lumine. He lives under the aid of his caring father, Aiden. He is unable to perform magic with it coughing up blood. He is bullied constantly by his peers, especially by Calla, an ex-friend of his, due to his inability to perform magic, leading him to loathe his school environment. This he tries to hide from his father. Kody has a deadly spirit that follows him, due to him unable to accept the death of his deceased pet cat. He aspires to open a bakery someday. Kody may come off cold on the outside, but he is truly kind and caring.
Bill[]
Kody's late cat who was killed by Kody's bullies and became an evil spirit who didn't know he was evil and harmful. At some points in the series, Bill, as a sprit, grows in size and takes control of Kody's body, supposedly attempting to help him.
Calla[]
A popular witch with more power and influence. Also Kody's former best friend. She started bullying him after he rejected her concern about him. She ends the bullying after Lumine and Kody save her life from people trying to steal her and Kody's blood to sell on the black market.
Elijah[]
Another one of Kody's former friends. He forced Kody to be his friend without realizing it. He then ditched Kody when he thought that Kody didn't want to be his friend. He is now once again trying to be his friend now that he realized his mistakes.
Aiden[]
The father of Kody who worked in a defense squad. He risks his life to save Kody and Lumine. His death is unofficial and yet to be confirmed.
Sherry[]
A woman who works under Aiden. She sacrifices her life for Aiden.
